PRINCE2® Overview course

With PRINCE2® being the most widely used project management methodology it is a minimum that anyone working within a project environment or who interacts with a project environment should have an understanding of PRINCE2®.

EPL-UK has identified the growing need for this, which is why we are now offering 1 Day PRINCE2® Overview courses in Northampton, Lincoln and Swindon.

Following the completion of the course participants will be able to:

• Describe the underlying principles and the primary process of the PRINCE2® method
• Identify and describe the roles and responsibilities of the participants in a PRINCE2® project
• Assess the contribution of the method to achieving business objectives
• Assess the value of the method to their organisation
